Sunil Kumar, President

Air Commodore Sunil Kumar is an highly experienced Helicopter Pilot, who has retired from Indian Air Force in June 2020. In his 36 years of distinguished service, he has flown more than 5000 Hours on various types of trainer aircrafts and Helicopters of IAF. The officer was awarded Yudh Seva Medal for operations in UN Mission in Congo(DRC). The officer also has vast experience in infrastructure works and disaster management. He was awarded Athi Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM) by President of India for conducting IAF’s Flood relief operations in J&K in Sep 2014. Air Commodore Sunil Kumar (retired) is the current President of the Society.

Shri Avinash Joshi

Avinash Joshi, joined as an Officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1994. He belongs to the Assam-Meghalaya Cadre.  He has been working as Joint Secretary(Petrochemicals) to the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, since September, 2013.    Shri Avinash Joshi has also served an earlier stint with the Central Government as Director, Ministry of Commerce, Department of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.

He has held many important postings in the Central Government and State Government of Assam and State Government of Gujarat. During the last 19 years, he worked in various capacities and had a rich and varied experience in important field in the States of Assam and Gujarat.  He worked as District Magistrate and Collector in Sabarkantha in Gujarat and Dhubri and Kamrup
(Metropolitan) district in Assam. He has also worked extensively in primary education in both the States.Shri Joshi also served as Municipal Commissioner, Guwahati and Commissioner Panchayats & Rural Development, Government of Assam.

In his current assignment with Government of India he is over all incharge of policy matters relating to Petrochemicals, plastics, synthetic fiber, elastomers.  He has also been closely monitoring the setting up of the Assam Gas Cracker Complex at Dibrugarh in Assam.  He has also been instrumental in development of infrastructure in the approved PCPIRs in the states of Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and lately, Tamil Nadu.  Skill development for the Petrochemical industry has been a key thrust area of his responsibilities in Government of India.

Shiv Shanker Gupta, Secretary

Shiv Shanker Gupta is a qualified practicing Chartered Accountant for the past over 25 years and having his office in Connaught Place. His CA firm Shiv Saroj & Associate is well respected firm and has number of good clients with him for various services including audits of few big banks. He also has a full fledged team of over 20 people in his firm. He is also very actively associated with many a charitable, social and other organisations in and around Delhi. Socially he is very well connected person and always willing to do something or so for the welfare of the society.

Lalit Gupta, Vice-President

Lalit Gupta is also a qualified practising Chartered Accounts for the past over 30 years and having his office in Connaught place which employees around 20 people and has been serving to many a good clients in Delhi. He is also very well connected in social circle.

Santosh Aggarwal, Treasurer

Santosh Agarwal is self employed real estate consultant who has been in the field for the past over 30 years. He has a large network of investors throughout the country and also runs his own set-up called Bankey Bihari Estate and associated with Shiv Shanker Gupta for the past 20 years for various investments.

Neeraj Daftuar, Executive Member

Neeraj Daftuar is a professional having his own consultancy company called Invision Communication Pvt Ltd, who are into the publication, public opinion, consultancy into the renewable energy, political analysis, surveys etc., A graduate and post graduate from Delhi University, he is very well connected all over may it be private , government or political levels. He has overall experience of over 20 years into the field.

Vinay Gulia, Executive Member

Vinay is working with Indusind Bank in the Government Business Department and prior to that he served in FINO , HDFC Bank, Centurion Bank of Punjab. He has overall experience of around 10 years in the banking. He is very well connected person in the Government as well as political circle. Also has a large network of friends and social circle.

Shri. Rajesh Kumar Sinha

Shri. Rajesh Kumar Sinha serves as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Government of India. Shri. Sinha serves as Secretary of Finance (Expenditure) at Traco Cable Co Ltd. Prior to Ministry of Coal, he served as Collector of Idukki, Kerala; General Manager of Kerala Fin Corpn.; Director at Ministry of Urban Development; Registrar of Delhi University; and Secretary Finance (Exp.), Govt. of Kerala. He serves as Part Time Official Director of Northern Coalfields Limited. He has been a Part-Time Director of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited since June 12, 2017. He has been a Government Nominee Director of Coal India Limited since August 05, 2016. Shri. Sinha is an IAS officer.
